Em Vietnamese Bistro in DUMBO will feature a tapas style dinner menu featuring dishes rarely found on New York City menus.
Seasonal Specials
Chef Ly Nguyen spent three years researching many of the dishes on menu; returning to her homeland for months at a time, studying some of the greatest renditions of Vietnamese cuisine at the very source. The result was too many dishes to put on a single menu, so be on the lookout for seasonal specials like Chef Ly’s decadent scallop congee.
